This is a comfortable piece that fits true to size. Unique fabric face makes for good moisture wicking. Mostly used for cooler/cold weather workouts where it can be shed as a layering piece or used as a base layer for the entire workout.

You’ll need to order one or two sizes up if you have any muscle. I wear XL in everything but when I put this on it looked comical. The shoulder seams were in the middle of my traps, and it fit like compression gear.

This training top is very comfortable and soft to the touch. The fit was form fitting but not too snug. The only thing I would change would be the overall length of the garment. It was about an inch longer than I would like, but still an excellent purchase.
