I had to return these boots. Though they were true to size, the material started bothering me about 4 hours into my 12 hour shift (sedentary work) and got worse through the duration. They ended up leaving me with welts and cuts on my feet, ankles and lower calves. It’s been a week and the welts appear they may be permanent bruises:/

Good sturdy work boots. Great quality and excellent ankel support. I got theses bc of weak ankles and I have not twisted my ankle since I got them. Also great in the snow.

I had to order up a size because the 11s were too small, the 12s felt slightly big but better than too small. Waterproof, meh not so much. Any long period of time the inside of the boots were filled with water. Not fun in freezing weather for 10 plus hour days. Went old school and put plastic bags on my feet to prevent them from getting soaked, but they were still cold. Definitely not water proof, but they are comfortable and in dry conditions kept my feet warm.

WOMENS VERSION OF THIS SHOE HAS SMALLER ANKLE/CALF. Also women’s “wide” is D but mens wide is E. If you have a larger calf/ankle or wide feet order the mens sizes. Last photo is mens vs womens shoe comparison showing the unnecessary extra material in the women’s shoe.
